In my haste to find a great place (close by) for lunch, I happened upon this gem of a restaurant tucked away in the plaza at the corner of US Hwy 19 N and Enterprise Rd. In walks Green Mint Asian Grill!
WOW! It has been there for a few years and I didn’t even know it. How does that happen? The bio on their website says it all “We love food. It’s our hobby and passion!”…. And boy, does it show.
Their focus is Vietnamese fusion cuisine! The menu features such items as Banh Mi (their specialty), assorted appetizers including krab rangoon, salads, lettuce wraps (MY FAV), steamed bao, teriyaki bowls, assortment of fresh summer rolls and delicious Pho. … Not to mention their delicious variety of drinks including bubble tea, slushy tea and lemonade.
